Clean Air Task Force and Partner Organizations’ Comments on EPA’s Supplemental Proposal to Repeal Power Plants Greenhouse Gas Regulations

Clean Air Task Force (CATF), along with partner organizations, submitted comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in response to its proposal to repeal greenhouse gas regulations for power plants.  

The comments were submitted by CATF, Center for Biological Diversity, Earthjustice, Environmental Defense Fund, Environmental Law & Policy Center, NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council), Sierra Club, and Union of Concerned Scientists. They were endorsed by Clean Air Council, Clean Wisconsin, and Friends of the Earth.
