Comments to EPA on Proposed Renewables Enhancement and Growth Support (REGS) Rule

In response to a series of proposed changes to the Renewable Fuel Standard, CATF urges EPA to implement CCS guidelines, reconsider the use of the short-rotation trees as an approved RFS feedstock, allocate credits to producers of biogas-derived electricity on an equitable basis, and refuse to exempt any additional biofuel producers from the RFS’s GHG reduction requirements.
