NGO Petitioners Final Opening and Reply Briefs – CATF and our Partner Petitioners filed Opening and Reply Briefs in our case challenging EPA’s decision to rescind the Clean Power Plan and replace it with the Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) rule, which does little or nothing to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from coal-fired power plants, the nation’s largest industrial source of such pollution.
