Revisioni NEPA 2020

Clean Air Task Force offre i propri commenti sulla Notice of Proposed Rulemaking ("NPRM o proposta") del Council on Environmental Quality ("CEQ"), "Update to the Regulations Implementing the Procedural Provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act", 85 Fed. Reg. 1.684 (10 gennaio 2020). CATF si oppone fermamente a questo tentativo di minare i requisiti protettivi del National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
