Clean Air Task Force nimmt Stellung zur Notice of Proposed Rulemaking ("NPRM oder Vorschlag") des Council on Environmental Quality ("CEQ"), "Update to the Regulations Implementing the Procedural Provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act", 85 Fed. Reg. 1,684 (Jan. 10, 2020). CATF wendet sich entschieden gegen diesen Versuch, die Schutzbestimmungen des National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) zu untergraben.
