Bonnie joined CATF in November 2022 and is Director of Human Resources, U.S. As a member of CATF’s HR Team, she is focused on supporting the U.S.-based staff in everything from quick questions to coaching managers on how to support and help their teams grow professionally to strategizing and improving CATF’s internal processes.
She brings 15+ years of HR leadership experience, including previous positions at large-scale nonprofits and STEM-focused private companies. Bonnie is based in Seattle, Washington although you will often find her elsewhere, visiting friends and family or wandering new cities.
