About
Bonnie joined CATF in 2022 and currently serves as a Senior Director on the Human Resources team. She leads global total rewards and talent management programs designed to attract, develop, and retain talent while strengthening organizational effectiveness and advancing CATF’s mission.
Bonnie holds an MBA from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She brings nearly 20 years of HR leadership experience to CATF, including prior roles at large nonprofits and global STEM companies.
