About the event

Clean Air Task Force (CATF) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) are pleased to host a Washington, D.C. edition of our renowned course, Nuclear Energy: Key Facts and Issues

This three-day interactive seminar is designed to foster informed dialogue among policymakers, journalists, and key stakeholders in energy and climate policy. Nuclear energy is having a moment, as the U.S. electric load grows, electricity affordability and reliability move up the agenda, and there remains demand for carbon free power. The program will feature world-class academic and industry experts who will share critical and objective insights into nuclear energy technologies, their potential applications, and the challenges shaping their role in a high growth (and lower carbon) future. At this course, attendees will:
