Response to the public consultation on the draft New General Block Exemption Regulation

Clean Air Task Force welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the public consultation on the draft new General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER).

CATF recommends extending the revised GBER to cover support for nuclear energy generation – Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) specifically, under similar conditions already applied to other low-carbon technologies.
