Comments on 2019/2020 RFS Volume Proposal

Two sets of comments from CATF and a coalition of national and international public interest groups on the Renewable Fuel Standard’s Renewable Volume Obligations for 2019/2020. In both the full comments (six groups) and the abridged comments (18 groups), we urge EPA to reduce the proposed consumption requirements for environmentally-damaging conventional biofuels.
