CATF joint statement – Recommendations for an Industrial Accelerator Act to unlock industrial competitiveness in Central and Eastern Europe

CATF, EPG, Bellona Europa, Reform Institute, INCIEN, AMO and CSD have signed a joint statement highlighting potential opportunities offered by the Industrial Accelerator Act (IAA) to support decarbonisation, strengthen competitiveness, and develop clean manufacturing in Central and Eastern Europe. Key recommendations lay out how this can be achieved, including speeding up permitting procedures for industrial decarbonisation, improving the business case for clean technologies, de-risking investments, and creating demand for clean, high-value industrial products.
