Senior Manager, Policy Impact
About
Jess Wymer is the Senior Manager on the Policy Impact team within the U.S. Advocacy team at Clean Air Task Force (CATF). In this role, Jess works across all CATF’s program and technology teams and with external stakeholder groups on energy policy analysis, implementation, and impact.
Jess has nearly a decade of experience working in the environmental policy field. Prior to joining CATF, she was an Associate at an environmental policy consulting firm where she supported federal, state, and local government clients with policy and program development and implementation, environmental planning and compliance, and public and stakeholder engagement.
Jess received her master’s degree in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School and her B.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont. While working on her B.S., she served as administrative and constituent support staff for the Governor of Vermont and was a carbon market feasibility researcher at the Vermont State House.
