About
Steph Herbstritt serves as the Associate Director of Bioresource and Agricultural Engineering at Clean Air Task Force (CATF), where she leads work on land systems and bioresource use.
Prior to joining CATF, Steph worked as an educator with Cornell Cooperative Extension, a hydrologist with the Susquehanna River Basin Commission, and an Agricultural Engineer and modeler for Waterborne Environmental, among other positions like conducting agricultural research and extension at Penn State University and helping with stream restoration projects at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
Steph holds a PhD in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Penn State, a MS in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and a BS in Biological Engineering and minor in Environmental Engineering from Penn State.
