Kristi Macklin joins Clean Air Task Force as Chief of Finance and Operations

Clean Air Task Force (CATF) is pleased to announce that Kristi Macklin has joined the organization as its new Chief of Finance and Operations, as of April 22, 2025. Kristi brings extensive experience in financial leadership, operational strategy, and nonprofit management, making her a valuable addition to CATF’s executive team. 

 Prior to joining CATF, Kristi served as a senior financial and operational leader at the Sierra Club, where she played a critical role in overseeing financial planning, organizational strategy, and resource management. With a strong background in nonprofit finance, compliance, and operational efficiency, she has successfully guided organizations through complex financial landscapes, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability. 

Kristi’s experience in financial strategy, operational governance, and organizational development will provide valuable expertise to the organization. Her leadership in building resilient financial systems and optimizing operational processes will be instrumental in supporting CATF’s continued impact. 

 As Chief of Finance and Operations, Kristi will oversee CATF’s financial strategy, operational frameworks, and organizational development to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all functions. She is committed to fostering a transparent and accountable financial structure that supports CATF’s ambitious goals in addressing climate change. 

Kristi is a CPA and has been recognized for her contributions to nonprofit financial management and operational excellence. Her strategic vision and deep understanding of the environmental sector position her well to strengthen CATF’s internal operations and financial sustainability.
