Zoe Cockrill Smalley

Senior Staff Accountant

About

Zoe Cockrill Smalley joined Clean Air Task Force in July 2025. In her role as Senior Staff Accountant, her primary goal is to be an accessible resource to staff and to support the Accounting team by managing U.S. payroll and expense reporting to name a few.

Prior to joining CATF, Zoe served as a manager at the Hands On Children’s Museum in Olympia, Washington, managing administrative operations, events, and logistics. She has also supported a wide range of local organizations by managing events, donor databases, and administrative tasks, so they can stay mission focused.

Zoe holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University and enjoys integrating her passion for teaching into everything she does. Though she grew up in the desert, Zoe now embraces the green and rainy charm of Olympia, Washington, where she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and chasing down the best iced latte in town.
