He is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams modernizing mission-critical IT systems by employing business-focused strategies across financial services, federal government, startups, and large non-profit organizations. He has successfully guided private enterprises through significant technological change by architecting hybrid IT operations, spearheading business initiatives, and leveraging governance and process improvement. Vincent advocates for strategic change and innovation while consistently adhering to industry best practices and proven management frameworks.

He spent the last two decades with an executive IT advisory group focused on helping client organizations develop their technology roadmaps, IT strategic planning, human performance management, and systems modernization upon operational and security assessments. Vincent thrives on balancing service delivery with security, fostering collaboration between IT and business units. He sees the importance of championing data-driven decision-making, proactive risk management, and digital agility to support organizational success in an ever-evolving technological landscape.

Vincent exemplifies a commitment to lifelong learning, possessing an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Science in Management (MSM) with cum laude distinctions, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Industrial Organizational Psychology, along with several technical certifications.
