About
Theresa joined CATF in December 2021 and brings a background in general studies along with extensive professional experience in administrative and operational management to the Operations team. She manages the organization’s contract process, supports the travel agency and Concur travel platform, oversees non-medical insurance policies, and coordinates workspace management. In addition, Theresa supports subscription management, ordering, and inventory oversight.
Most recently, Theresa served as Executive Assistant to the Dean of the College of the Environment, Forestry, and Natural Sciences at Northern Arizona University. She is known for her outstanding customer service, strong work ethic, and commitment to being a flexible, dependable, and collaborative team member.
Originally from Oregon, Theresa is now based in New Mexico. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at the humane society, traveling, and spending time outdoors—hiking, paddleboarding, and exploring. While working remotely, she may occasionally be joined by her kitties, who frequently walk across her keyboard and make unannounced appearances with no regard for camera boundaries.
