About
Olivia is the Policy Associate with CATF’s Cross-Regional Advocacy team. She works to advance CATF’s advocacy at multilateral and cross-regional levels and to implement international partnerships that further the development, deployment, and diffusion of clean technologies and practices globally.
Olivia joins CATF from the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), a U.S. federal agency working to reduce poverty through economic growth. At MCC, Olivia served as an Africa Program Officer, working closely with partner countries to design and implement large-scale, cross-sectoral infrastructure projects. Prior to her time at MCC, she pursued her master’s degree in Global and International Studies as a Fulbright Scholar at the Universidad de Salamanca.
Olivia began her career at National Journal’s Ballast Research, where she conducted applied research to improve policy conversations between the private and public sector at the federal level. Olivia holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame; she speaks French and Spanish.
