Chief of People
Nathalie joined Clean Air Task Force in April 2022 as Chief of People. Nathalie has been trained as a management consultant after obtaining her MBA and is a valuable strategic thought partner for CATF’s leadership team. She focuses on creating the environment to support organizational growth and international expansion both from a talent acquisition and talent development standpoint.
Nathalie possesses a deep understanding of growing international organizations, and the associated complexities, challenges, and opportunities. She is a change agent, able to translate business strategy into an HR strategy delivering results through practical action plans and a human-centered approach.
Nathalie has a special talent to spot, attract, nurture, and develop talent and can apply those skills across borders. She is a results-driven leader with proven ability to design, structure and scale organizations, spearhead change, implement processes, conceptualize, and execute innovative, sustainable initiatives with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. She is dedicated to fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and optimizes team performance.
Most recently Nathalie served as the Director of Partnerships & Human Resources at The International Union Against Tuberculosis & Lung Disease, based in Paris, France. At The Union, Nathalie set up the Human Resources function and positioned it at a strategic level. Previously Nathalie was the Managing Director & Founder at People for Performance, an International Management Consulting company specialized in change management from a people perspective. Nathalie also served as the International Human Resources Director at Cardinal Health, a U.S.-based fortune 500 company where she set up strategy to support the business vision.
