About
Natalie Co joined Clean Air Task Force in September 2026 as Acting Chief of Talent and Organization. In her role, Natalie leads efforts to strengthen and support the evolution of CATF’s talent and organizational effectiveness functions.
Natalie brings more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and change. She has spent her career enabling nonprofits, philanthropies, and environmental organizations to improve effectiveness, build for long-term impact, and drive strategic transformation. She is known for combining strategic vision with a practical, people-centered approach to organizational leadership and execution.
Natalie is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and is based in Washington, D.C.
