Program Manager, Methane Pollution Prevention

Lee Ann joined CATF in January 2026 and serves as Program Manager with the Methane Pollution Prevention (MPP) team. In this role, she leads and supports an array of programmatic activities, including program strategy and oversight, grant management, and process improvements, that advance MPP’s strategies to drive down global methane emissions. Her work focuses on MPP’s agriculture and waste portfolios and technical research and analysis.

Lee Ann brings nearly a decade of experience at the intersection of science, policy, and program leadership, with deep expertise in energy, climate, and environmental health. Prior to joining CATF, she served as Director of Energy and Health at PSE Healthy Energy, where she built and led multidisciplinary teams, managed complex and growing research portfolios, and translated technical analysis into policy-relevant insights for decision-makers. Her leadership and technical work have centered on reducing methane and co-pollutant emissions from the U.S. energy sector through rigorous analysis, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based solutions.

Lee Ann holds an M.P.H. in Environmental Health Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Ithaca College. She is based in North Carolina.
