Senior Associate, Clean Energy Infrastructure Deployment

Kelsey Landau is a Senior Associate on the Clean Energy Infrastructure Deployment team at CATF, where she works to overcome barriers to and build support for clean energy deployment across the United States.

Prior to joining CATF, Kelsey worked as a policy analyst and Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of Energy, where she worked to improve siting and permitting for clean energy infrastructure and to promote clean energy generation and manufacturing investments in energy communities. She also worked as a Conservation Policy Fellow at the White House Council on Environmental Quality, where she focused on abandoned uranium mine cleanup and public lands conservation. Prior to joining federal service, she worked for four years at The Brookings Institution, where she conducted policy research and analysis on anti-corruption in the global oil, gas, and mining sectors.

Kelsey holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. in political science and history from the University of Florida.
