About

Isabell Hübner is a Project Manager for Technical Convenings & Operations at Clean Air Task Force, supporting international collaboration across next-generation geothermal and energy innovation initiatives. In her role, she coordinates complex multi-organization stakeholder processes, plans and executes virtual and in-person technical convenings, and supports the operational backbone of global R&D collaborations for teams such as the Superhot Rock Geothermal initiative.

Alongside her work with CATF, Isabell is the Founder and CEO of PEATZ ApS, a Danish impact startup focused on scalable nature-based climate and land-use solutions. Since founding PEATZ in 2022, she has led strategy development, partner and customer engagement, technology road mapping, and secured over 1.3 million DKK in soft funding for early-stage validation. Prior to PEATZ, Isabell worked at BMW Group in Munich in both technical project management and financial operations roles, where she developed forecasting processes, automated reporting systems, and supported large-scale international projects across European markets.

Isabell holds a Master’s degree in Technology Entrepreneurship from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), where her work focused on the commercial potential of nature-based carbon solutions and venture creation. She also completed an exchange semester at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, with a focus on product development and market research for climate and energy solutions. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences in Munich, where her bachelor’s thesis explored the potential of Open Innovation within the BMW Group.
