Hayden Hashimoto

About
Hayden Hashimoto joined CATF in October 2018. His work focuses on reducing conventional air pollution from stationary sources through environmental regulations under the Clean Air Act. Prior to joining CATF, Hayden worked as a postdoctoral associate with the Rethinking Regulation program at the Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke University. He also worked at Earthjustice as a summer law clerk and at the Hawaii Supreme Court as an extern.
Hayden holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law where he was an executive editor for the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum and a student attorney with the Environmental Law and Policy Clinic. He also holds a B.A. from Yale University in Political Science.
