Hayden Hashimoto joined CATF in October 2018 as a Legal Fellow. His work focuses on reducing conventional air pollution from stationary sources through environmental regulations under the Clean Air Act. Prior to joining CATF, Hayden worked as a postdoctoral associate with the Rethinking Regulation program at the Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke University. He also worked at Earthjustice as a summer law clerk and at the Hawaii Supreme Court as an extern.
Hayden holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law where he was an executive editor for the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum and a student attorney with the Environmental Law and Policy Clinic. He also holds a B.A. from Yale University in Political Science.
