About
Frank Sturges joined CATF in April 2023. Prior to joining CATF, Frank was a litigation fellow with the Natural Resources Defense Council. He also previously was a Presidential Management Fellow at the Office of Management and Budget and the Bureau of Land Management.
Frank has a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was co-editor-in-chief of the Harvard Environmental Law Review and interned with Earthjustice and the Western Environmental Law Center. He also holds an M.S. in natural resources and the environment and an M.P.P. from the University of Michigan, and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina.
