
Felicia Douglas
Director, Program Management, Methane Pollution Prevention
About
Felicia Douglas joined CATF in 2022 and is the Director, Program Management, Methane Pollution Prevention. In this role she is focused on resource management and optimization, establishing and implementing strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. She designs and integrates new program management frameworks to transform program execution.
Prior to CATF, Felicia was an Energy Manager at Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) where she led industry engagement efforts to reduce methane emissions at oil and gas joint ventures and non-operated assets. She also spent time on EDF’s Global Clean Air team managing various projects including Breathe London – a hyperlocal air quality monitoring network in London – and a sustainable urban freight project in several European cities. Earlier in her career, Felicia spent six years in the mining industry working in various environmental roles within the corporate function and at operational and closure sites across Canada, the U.S., and Latin America. She managed complex air quality permitting and regulatory compliance programs and spearheaded digital transformation initiatives to improve environmental performance and operational efficiency.
Felicia holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from the Centre of Environmental Policy at Imperial College London and a BSc in Environmental Chemistry with Honours from the University of British Columbia.
