Ashley Korn

As Chief of Staff, Organizational Growth and Change, Ashley supports the executive team on issues related to organizational growth strategy, development, and execution. She is an envoy on behalf of the executive team to the leadership team and the board of directors, and works to facilitate effective communication with these and other key areas of the organization. She also has a particular focus on maintaining organizational effectiveness during the development and evolution of the organization. 

Ashley joined Clean Air Task Force in February 2015 and since then has played an instrumental role in the growth of the organization. In her first role as Operations Manager, then as Operations Director, she led the design and implementation of best practices, enhanced virtual collaboration across CATF’s remote and global staff, launched and built capacity for new support functions within the organization, and aided in the international expansion of CATF. Ashley holds a master’s degree in Psychology from Boston University. She has several years of experience in nonprofit and higher education administration prior to joining CATF.
