Ashley Korn is Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at Clean Air Task Force. She partners with leaders across the organization to strengthen the organizational capabilities, structures, and ways of working that enable CATF to advance its mission.

As a member of CATF’s leadership team, Ashley draws on more than a decade of experience helping the organization evolve and adapt to new opportunities and challenges. Her work focuses on organizational development, enterprise planning, leadership alignment, and major cross-functional initiatives that strengthen CATF’s effectiveness as a global organization.

Since joining CATF in 2015, Ashley has played a key role in the organization’s development. As Chief of Staff, she led enterprise strategic planning, board engagement, internal communications, and organization-wide initiatives. Earlier, as Operations Director, she helped build the operational foundations that supported CATF’s expansion into a global organization.

Before joining CATF, Ashley earned a master’s degree in psychology from Boston University and worked in the nonprofit and higher education administration sectors. These experiences sparked her interest in organizational development and the human dimensions of leadership, change, and organizational performance.
