About the event
Clean Air Task Force (CATF) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Energy Initiative (MITEI) are hosting a one-day, curated summit convening a select group of investors to explore how capital can unlock next-generation geothermal at scale.
The market opportunity of geothermal is enormous: according to the Future of Geothermal report, geothermal could supply hundreds of gigawatts of clean, firm power globally, representing a multi-trillion-dollar investment opportunity.
But unlocking geothermal’s potential will require new financing models, coordinated capital, and increased collaboration across the investing community.
The event will bring together investors of all types, including early-stage venture capital, strategic corporate investors, institutional investors, and family offices committed to this emerging asset class. We will focus on breakthrough geothermal technologies and the investment pathways required to move them rapidly to scale.
