About
Holly Reuter is the U.S. Policy Impact Director at Clean Air Task Force. Holly leads the work of CATF’s Policy Impact team to increase the impact of energy policies that support a zero-emissions, high-energy planet. This includes leading CATF’s strategies to support innovation within executive agencies and across government, overseeing the analysis of energy policy effectiveness, and collaborating with policymakers and stakeholders to elevate the benefits of innovative energy technologies. Holly brings nearly twenty years of experience in energy and environmental policy.
Prior to her work at CATF, Holly served as a senior consultant at The Clark Group, leading strategy development to implement environmental and energy policies, federal decision-making processes, and strategic planning. Early in her career, Holly clerked for the Council on Environmental Quality. She holds a law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
