Sue Sheridan

About
Sue Sheridan worked on the U.S. House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee staff as Chief Counsel for Energy and Environment for Chairman John Dingell, and previously for Chairman Phil Sharp, from 1983-2008. Prior to her time on Capitol Hill, Ms. Sheridan worked at the Department of Energy and the White House Domestic Policy Council.
She served as the President and Chief Counsel of the Coalition for Fair Transmission Policy (CFTP) and as a Senior Policy Consultant to Van Ness Feldman law firm in Washington, D.C. She taught energy and environmental law and policy at the George Washington School of Law, and also at the Columbia School of International Public Affairs. She is the principal of Sheridan Energy & Environmental Consulting, LLC.
Ms. Sheridan graduated from Duke University and Vanderbilt Law School.
