Bruce Phillips is a Senior Advisor at The NorthBridge Group, a leading economic and strategic consulting firm serving the electricity and natural gas sectors. Mr. Phillips applies his expertise in energy market economics and policy to develop, assess and implement strategies to improve economic and environmental performance. During more than 30 years of consulting, he has advised companies in the electric utility, competitive power and natural gas industries, as well as government agencies and non-profit organizations. His recent work has focused on the development of clean electricity infrastructure, alternative pathways to deep decarbonization, and the design of federal climate policies.

Mr. Phillips received a B.A. from the College of the Atlantic (1978), a M.F.S. from Yale University (1984), and an M.B.A. also from Yale University (1984). He co-chairs the Advisory Board of the Yale Center for Business and the Environment.
