Clean Air Task Force Testimony on Colorado Siting Study Bill

Colorado will need a significant build-out of renewable energy to meet state goals, and new facilities and associated infrastructure must be sited quickly and intentionally. The siting study bill is a positive incremental step toward ensuring Colorado can meet its decarbonization goals, while minimizing impacts to the environment and wildlife and maximizing benefits for local communities.
