About
Noa Banayan serves as the Federal Policy Manager for the Clean Energy Infrastructure Deployment team. Noa supports the Infrastructure team’s federal policy development, advocacy strategy, and project management for transmission and permitting.
Noa most recently lead federal affairs at PeopleForBikes, an advocacy and trade organization for the U.S. bicycle industry. She leveraged infrastructure, tax, trade, and public lands policies to grow ridership and expand federal resources for active transportation and recreation. Prior to that role, Noa worked for the Alaska Wilderness League, advocating for the conservation of fragile ecosystems across federal lands in Alaska.
Noa holds a Bachelors of Arts in International Studies from American University’s School of International Service, with a focus in environmental policy.
