About
Kara Hoving joined Clean Air Task Force in October 2021 and is a Climate Equity Associate. In this role, she conducts data collection, research, and analysis for the Climate Equity and the Clean Energy Transition project. Prior to CATF, Kara completed her Master of Environmental Management degree at the Yale School of the Environment, where she focused her coursework on climate change and environmental justice policy. She has previously worked as a policy research assistant at the Yale Center for Environmental Law & Policy and as an urban agriculture and sustainable development researcher in Cairo, Egypt. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Iowa.
