Isabel joined CATF in 2021 to lead digital fundraising and focus on individual gifts up to $1,000. She is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and brings over seven years of fundraising experience, specializing in leading 8-figure programs through multi-channel campaigns including email, web, on-air, direct mail, and telemarketing.
Before joining CATF, Isabel led the strategic planning for digital and on-air fundraising at two large public media organizations, focusing on individual gifts up to $1,200. She has led two eCRM conversion projects and brings with her a deep knowledge of fundraising analytics to support long-term program growth. Isabel began her career in fundraising at Humane Society International where she managed the digital fundraising and advocacy program, focusing on expanding their digital reach into Latin America and spearheading fundraising efforts for the organization’s work to end the dog meat trade.
Isabel spent the first seven years of her career in Santiago, Chile, where she worked as a teacher and translator before turning her passion for Chilean wine into a marketing career for some of the country’s best wine producers. She holds a BA in Latin American Studies from The University of Virginia and received her Level 2 Sommelier Certification from the Sommeliers School of Chile.
