About
Hagan joined CATF in 2022 as a U.S Zero-Carbon Fuels Associate. He supports the review, analysis, development, and advocacy of policies and programs to expand the role of zero-carbon fuels in the decarbonization of transportation, industrial, and power sectors. While Hagan mainly focuses on the federal level in the U.S, he also supports relevant policy activities at the regional and state level.
Prior to joining CATF, Hagan worked at Air Products and Chemicals (AP) in operations and commercial roles supporting AP’s hydrogen and carbon monoxide pipelines in the U.S Gulf Coast. He also worked as a process engineer modeling AP’s LNG liquefaction process for new business ventures. Hagan holds a B.S in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University. In his free time, he likes cooking meals for his partner, bothering his cat, and playing video games.
