Emily Tucker

U.S. Senior Federal Policy Manager

About

Emily Tucker is the Senior Federal Policy Manager with the U.S. Advocacy team at CATF. Emily is responsible for developing and executing CATF’s federal policy strategy and plays a key role in engaging Congress and federal agencies on CATF’s policy priorities.

Before joining CATF, Emily served as a fellow with the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. While with EPW she worked on the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, the Inflation Reduction Act, and other legislative priorities related to climate, clean air, and natural resources. She has also worked as a research fellow with the Energy Futures Initiative.

Emily holds a master’s degree from the Yale School of the Environment where she was also a Kerry Fellow at the Jackson Institute for Global Affairs. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in earth and oceanographic science and environmental studies from Bowdoin College. She is a 2023 fellow of the Clean Energy Leadership Institute.
