About
Eadbhard Pernot joined CATF in September of 2021. As Policy Manager, Carbon Capture he supports the carbon capture team in developing and implementing carbon capture policy advocacy in the European Union. Prior to CATF, Eadbhard was an Academic Program Manager at the Technical University of Berlin where he coordinated the International and European Energy Law program. Previously, he was a Researcher at the Groningen Centre of Energy Law and Sustainability at the University of Groningen, where he researched the construction of energy islands as part of the North Sea Energy consortium. He holds an LLB in Law and German from Trinity College Dublin and an LLM in Energy and Climate Law from the University of Groningen.
