Senior Coordinator, Programs
About
Ann Young joined Clean Air Task Force in 2022 and serves as Senior Coordinator, Programs, supporting a variety of programmatic initiatives across the organization. Prior to CATF, Ann spent more than twenty years working on state and federal environmental and natural resource planning, protection, and compliance efforts. In past roles, she worked closely with leadership at the U.S. Navy’s Fleet Forces Command, building and implementing innovative strategic initiatives and supporting mission-critical training and infrastructure projects, and with project managers at the National Park Service, supporting high priority design and construction projects. She also worked on watershed management efforts for the state of South Carolina and served in fellowship positions with the Chesapeake Bay Program and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Ann holds a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment and a B.S. in Biology from Centre College.
