Arctic Initiative Policy Program, Oslo 2007
A back-to-back science and policy workshop on Short-lived Pollutants and Arctic Climate was co-hosted by CATF and held in Oslo, Norway November 5-8, 2007. The meetings summarized the state of our scientific knowledge about the role of short-lived climate forcers on the Greenland ice mass, Arctic sea ice and Arctic temperatures, identified additional needed research to better describe and quantify impacts; and developed action plans to reduce Arctic vulnerability.
